We parked in Bickwell Valley and walked to the sea front. Cross the River Sid at Salcombe Road and then head up the bank of the Sid to Sid Lane. Go up Milltown Lane and follow the path to the top of Salcombe Hill.

..At the top of Salcome hill follow the lane left, then right for Salcombe Regis.

...Keep right in the middle of Salcombe Regis, then take the second path on the left to the Donkey Sanctuary. Follow the path from there down the valley, through woodland to Weston Mouth. Turn right, head west up the hill, to follow the coast back to Sidmouth.
